As a KOKORO Red Belt you’ll gain the expertise and skills to effectively facilitate the KOKORO Personal Mastery Workshop plus have intermediates skills and tools for working with teams and small groups to resolve conflict.
We call this program training the DRAGON as it teaches you to navigate the fires of conflict as well as the anger and passion that live between a closely-webbed relationship system.
This belt is for anyone wanting to work through the deeper conflict issues that destroy the effectiveness of human connection and relationships. It provides the tools that enable the coach to facilitate learning between two individuals currently locked within deep conflict.
Upon graduation, you’ll also have access to the Red Belt Teaching Guide and Workbook, supporting your Kokoro Conflict Mastery work with others and facilitating a conflict Mastery Program with two or three other people.
Within the Red Belt, you’ll learn to…
- Effectively facilitate the individual cultural character identities within an established sphere of influence for dyads and small groups, discovering who someone is within a given system and the group as a whole by creating a Kokoro Team Profile
- Expose the energetic edges and patterned responses of a group or couple, related to internal conflict and relational conflict, by creating a Kokoro Conflict Relationship Profile
- Draw upon the five Kokoro Keys to Life Mastery as guiding principles to create relationship norms
- Further your capacity to remain present and neutral within a highly dynamic relationship system
- Facilitate three case study client projects, working with the clients to self-identify their edges and opportunities with this Life Mastery Method
- Gain skills through learning-in-action, highly supported in the Life Mastery program
In addition, you’ll be given the opportunity to order additional Red Belt workbooks and KOKORO card-sets as part of your Red Belt Status.
