As a KOKORO Black Belt you’ll gain the expertise and skills to effectively facilitate the KOKORO Personal Mastery Workshop plus have the mentorship and support you need to work with teams and organizations as a KOKORO Conflict Master. Tuition includes mentoring and the design of your own unique signature conflict mastery program!

In this program, we’ll teach you how to use the Kokoro system to navigate systems and individuals through even the roughest of times.

The Black Belt is designed for those who wish to master the process of support and guidance and the craft of working within deep resistance and human behaviors that are seemingly irreversible. Devotion to the process and the depth of learning required is achieved through supported developmental practice.

Within the Black Belt, you’ll learn to…

• Design & facilitate a custom KOKORO Conflict Mastery program for your client groups and organizations
• Receive mentoring as you create your unique program and take a small group through your processes
• Achieve the unique status of being a KOKORO Conflict Master
• Be positioned to work with Baraka Institute and Coach Training World collaboratively for future projects as part of our Master Team.
  
  

As part of this program, you’ll be responsible for co-creating a transformational learning lab of your own and facilitating 7-10 people through a conflict mastery workshop designed specifically to meet the client-group’s needs, under the supervision and guidance of an instructor or coach.

You’ll learn to help others – from individuals to groups and teams – move from helpless to hopeful by enabling them to reconstruct their relationships, both with themselves and others. In doing so, you’ll assist them in working through some of life’s most challenging situations.

We call this program training the PHOENIX as it teaches you to help people with rebirth, transitioning into who they really are while allowing them to fully and authentically express themselves in the world through truth and transparency in all relationship systems. At this point, you are assisting your client with the transformation of their identity into a whole person!

Upon completion of this module, you’ll have access to the Black Belt Teaching Guide and Workbooks, supporting your Kokoro Conflict Mastery work with others.
